Next weekend, during the days 26 and 27, will be held at Sepulveda a new edition of the days of Christmas covers involving six establishments and in which can taste top and wine or beer for €2.50.
Sepulveda, 22 December 2015. Tuna, guacamole, pepper, cod, Zucchini, Turkey, shrimp, cheese brie, fruit of sea… They are some of the ingredients that Sepulveda cooks have used to prepare lids that will participate in the 6th Symposium of Christmas covers "Sepulveda flavor to Christmas" held the next weekend, the 26th and 27th of December.
The Town Hall of Sepulveda has prepared a full program Christmas of activities, among which is are these sixth days of Tapas. For €2.50 will enjoy a Christmas top and a wine or beer.
Participating merchants in this Edition and their respective caps are:
–Paulino cuisine: tuna Tataki with pine nuts, pomegranate, flowers and foam of wasabi guacamole.
–Samoa: Piquillo pepper stuffed with cod on their cream with shrimp and walnuts.
–Casa Paulino: Zucchini cannelloni stuffed with cous-cous of Turkey on onion sauce.

-Christopher: Bechamel of prawns on book of Eggplant, salmon and cheese brie with crunchy of ham and coulis of asparagus and piquillo peppers.
-Ford of the Duratón-bonfire of the Quicksilver: Croquette of seafood in their nest of potato.
For two days, sepulvedanos and visitors can enjoy a new culinary event in the segovian town. Last November the Mycological caps Conference repeated the success of previous years were held.
