Six Sepulvedana local establishments participate in the 7th Edition of the days of Tapas Mycological "Sepulveda land" to be held on 20, 21 and 22 November.

Three days mushrooms will share protagonism in sepulvedana gastronomy with its traditional roast lamb.

Between 20 and 22 November will be held, for the seventh consecutive year, the days of Tapas Mycological "Sepulveda lands", a gastronomic event awaited by all lovers of good eating and, especially, mushrooms.

On this occasion, six bars and restaurants in the city offer a cover in which the mushrooms will be the protagonists. This initiative is intended to give to know the natural and gastronomic richness of the environment, where, in addition to collecting these
Mycological treasures and cook them at home, the opportunity to taste them at the hands of professionals.

The mushrooms and porcini mushrooms were the products most chosen by sepulvedanos chefs to prepare your tops this year, mixed with other raw materials of the Earth, as the Sweetbreads of lamb, or international cuisine, such as couscous ingredients.

Many tops will be surprised by their creativity and teach us to cook with mushrooms can be more fun and varied from what we have believed until now.

Tops, which you can enjoy at the price of 1.50 euros, or 2.50 euros accompanied by a wine or beer, are as follows:

 The cooking of Paulino: dumplings with meat and mushrooms with cream of Cabra’em cheese and mushrooms

 Casa Cristóbal: mushrooms skewer, about secret roast red wine reduction and raspberry flakes

 Vado del Duratón – bonfire of the Quicksilver: porcini confit with slices of cod and Caramelized mango

 Señorío de Sepúlveda: pussy stuffed with Couscous and mushrooms with caramelized onions and fig sauce

 Samoa: crispy dumplings stuffed with mushrooms and shavings of Iberian about tears of pumpkin and porcini cream

 Villa de Sepúlveda: Timbale of Sweetbreads with mushrooms

These days have a great popularity among the sepulvedanos and visitors, since they attract an audience arrived, not only from the Villa, but also from different parts of the province and neighboring provinces, who regularly come to the tasting of these caps in which the Mycological ingredient is fundamen’bout.

Weekend plan complete with monuments, history and art, which offers to its visitors the town of Sepúlveda and with a comforting stroll through the Parque Natural of the Hoces del Rio Duratón.
